Delivery Time
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next 2 business days you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 5 to 15 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Order Tracking
It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit via UPS or EMS (shipping method), as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out.

Return policy details:
We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Defective products must be returned within 15 days from the date you placed your order. We will refund you the full product price (no shipping and packing fee) . Return policy is exchange only, in all cases, buyers pay for shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is no refundable, sellers pay for the resending fee.
